I know you’re all dying to know what happened to the spiced rum.

A Spiced Rum Sidecar. That’s what happened to the spiced rum.

• 1 part spiced rum
• 1 part brandy
• 1 part triple-sec
• 1 part lemon juice (later on this became a mix of lemon and lime juice as we ran out of lemons)

Shake. Pour over crushed ice and garnish with a twist of lemon zest. Forget to take photos because you’re too busy enjoying the cocktails.
