Allow me to introduce myself. I am a massive nerd. No, a REALLY massive nerd. I have a PhD in Astrophysics and everything. I am also a fan of all sorts of boozy things, in a very nerdy way.

• I like making my own booze (admittedly usually flavouring spirits and ageing cocktails rather than brewing and distilling – small London flats aren’t particularly conducive to those)
• I also like really nice beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
